All our engineers are qualified in refrigerant recovering and charging, ensuring that any refrigerant losses are kept to an absolute minimum. We are “FGAS” certified and take our role in the safety of gases very seriously.Our installation and service engineers are CSCS qualified, and are capable of carrying out basic risk assessments. Health and safety is one of our highest priorities which is reflected by our accreditation from The Contractors Health & Safety scheme (CHAS) and SAFEcontractor.
All our workmanship comes with one year warranty. If a service contract is accepted with the installation, then the units installed can get up to a further two year warranty (five years in total on specific equipment).
